Job Summary: Cassinelli is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for its store in Cusco to perform merchandise inspection, preparation, dispatch, and organization, while maintaining order and up-to-date inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspecting and organizing merchandise, verifying quantity and condition. 2. Preparing and dispatching orders, meeting deadlines and protocols. 3. Maintaining warehouse order, cleanliness, and signage. Cassinelli, a Peruvian company with over 65 years in the market, seeks a Warehouse Assistant for its Cusco store: They specialize in home finishing products, operate over 40 stores nationwide, and offer a portfolio of more than 1,000 brands, providing expert advice to help customers realize their finishing dreams. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education * With or without prior warehouse experience * Availability for rotating schedules: Mon–Sun (rotating days off), 8:30 AM–5:30 PM / 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (no early shifts); 1-hour lunch break * Basic Microsoft Office skills **Responsibilities** * Inspect and organize merchandise, verifying quantity and condition (inventory taking). * Prepare and dispatch orders according to system-generated tickets, meeting delivery timelines and service protocols. * Process product returns in accordance with established procedures and deadlines. * Assist in receiving, inspecting, and placing merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper signage under the 5S methodology. * Fulfill other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Salary: PEN 1130 + Bonus * Full payroll registration from day one * Family Allowance Bonus * Profit-sharing, SCTR, CTS * Indefinite-term contract (subject to a 3-month probationary period) * Corporate benefits * Study agreements * Timely biweekly payments: 40% on the 15th and 60% at month-end Salary: PEN 1,130.00 – PEN 1,135.00 per month Application Questions: * Please provide your current contact number * Do you agree to the rotating schedule: Mon–Sun / rotating days off – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with monthly rotation? * How far are you from the store?
