At **Colindante**, we are looking for a **CORPORATE REAL ESTATE LAWYER** to join our team.
**Position Objective:** Ensure the legal, registry, and corporate viability of the group’s operations by leading physical\-legal due diligence of properties, project structuring, enforcement of guarantees, and contractual management of the company.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct physical\-legal due diligence on land and properties, enforcement of titles, analysis of registry entries, encumbrances, and liens.
* Draft, review, and negotiate purchase-sale agreements, purchase options, establishment and enforcement of mortgage guarantees, as well as agreements with investors, funds, and financial institutions.
* Legally structure real estate projects from asset acquisition through to closing.
* Manage and monitor procedures before SUNARP, notaries, and municipal authorities.
* Lead processes related to enforcement of guarantees and recovery of real estate assets.
* Handle corporate, commercial, and contractual matters for the group’s companies.
* Coordinate with notaries, registries, public entities, external law firms, and expert witnesses.
* Provide strategic legal support and advisory to the Projects, Commercial, Finance, and Administration departments.
**Profile / Requirements:**
* **Academic Qualification:** Law degree holder, licensed and registered with the Peruvian Bar Association.
* **Work Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in Real Estate, Contractual, and Corporate Law.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in real estate, registry, civil, and commercial legislation; experience handling procedures before SUNARP, municipal authorities, and notaries; expertise in due diligence and guarantee enforcement.
* **Desirable:** Experience in real estate development companies, construction firms, financial institutions, or real estate-focused law firms.

**Work Modality and Conditions:**

* **Benefits:** Formal employment with full statutory benefits (13th-month bonus, CTS, vacation).
Salary: S/.6,000\.00 \- S/.7,500\.00 per month
