Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analytics / CVM Coordinator to build, validate, and manage analytical information; support the design of commercial campaigns; and measure their impact. Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Business Analytics / CVM Coordinator: * Build, validate, and manage analytical information for tracking CVM campaigns, ensuring visibility into activations, exits, conversions, churn, and incrementality. * Support the analytical design of commercial campaigns by defining customer profiling and segmentation criteria aligned with business objectives. * Measure campaign impact and performance, identifying optimization opportunities across base, offer, channel, and timing. * Design and maintain management reports and dashboards for executive and operational campaign tracking. * Coordinate with commercial channels (digital, outbound, inbound, stores, others) to ensure proper database usage and performance tracking. * Support performance review meetings and definition of corrective actions. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles. * Proven experience in campaign analysis and tracking. * Advanced SQL proficiency. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced Power BI / Tableau proficiency. * Advanced Python / R proficiency. * Advanced ETL proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
