Position Summary: We are seeking a Design Coordinator to lead and supervise creative projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and technical feasibility in Visual Merchandising, POP, and displays. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise creative projects and their preparation for production. 2. Coordinate Graphic Design and Industrial Design teams for projects. 3. We develop Visual Merchandising, POP, and display solutions with in-house production, combining creativity, manufacturing, and execution for top-tier brands. We are currently seeking a **Design Coordinator** to lead and supervise the development of creative projects and ensure their proper preparation for production, guaranteeing quality, timely delivery, and technical feasibility. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze requirements and assign projects to Graphic Design and Industrial Design teams based on complexity and specialization. * Coordinate progress, deadlines, and quality standards, ensuring timely deliveries. * Collaborate with the Sales team in developing proposals, evaluating materials, manufacturing processes, and cost feasibility. * Attend client meetings, present 3D proposals, and provide technical support. * Develop 3D models, renders, production drawings, and exploded views to ensure accurate manufacturing. * Coordinate with Production to develop prototypes and validate functionality, finishes, and feasibility. * Serve as the liaison between Design, Sales, and Production, providing technical support and supervising special projects and complex installations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in design, advertising, graphic production, or retail. * Experience leading or coordinating design teams. * Experience in commercial furniture, POP, display units, and point-of-sale elements. * Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; Rhinoceros or other 3D modeling software. * Knowledge of rendering, technical drawings, and file preparation for production. * Preferred experience in graphic companies, agencies, POP firms, or retail. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * Labor benefits as stipulated by law. * Timely salary payments. * Pleasant work environment. * Professional growth opportunities. * Participation in projects for major brands and retailers.
