Job Summary: We are seeking an Interior Designer with experience in retail, commercial, and residential projects to develop design proposals, technical documentation, and construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive development of interior design proposals. 2. Construction supervision and installation of furniture and finishes. 3. Coordination with suppliers and clients. At **Neiza Proyectos**, we are looking for an **Interior Designer** with experience in **retail, commercial, and residential projects**, capable of developing design proposals, preparing technical documentation, and conducting on-site construction supervision. Main Responsibilities * Development of interior design proposals for commercial, retail, and residential spaces. * Design of stores, offices, restaurants, residences, apartments, and custom furniture. * Creation of moodboards, color palettes, and selection of materials and finishes. * Development of layout plans, furniture details, and technical specifications. * 3D modeling and coordination of views/renders with the relevant department. * On-site data collection and measurement taking. * Construction supervision, furniture installation, and finish application. * Coordination with suppliers, carpentry, production, architecture, and clients. * Review of measurements, materials, finishes, and construction details prior to execution. * Project tracking from proposal stage through final delivery. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in retail, commercial, and residential interior design. * Experience in construction supervision, finishes, and furniture installation. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max**, and presentation tools. * Knowledge of materials, finishes, melamine, custom furniture, and manufacturing processes. * Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate technical details. * Availability for site visits. * Organization, responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in store, exhibition booth, restaurant, office, and residential design. * Knowledge of quantity take-offs, basic cost estimation, and budgeting. * Experience with rendering or coordination with 3D teams. * Strong interpersonal skills with clients and suppliers.
