Job Summary: Studio Anima is seeking an Interior Designer or Architect with strong design judgment and initiative to participate fully in project processes and grow professionally. Key Highlights: 1. Interest in learning and taking on new responsibilities Studio Anima is looking for an Interior Designer or Architect to join our team. We seek a professional with design judgment, initiative, and enthusiasm for professional growth—someone who can progressively engage in various stages of our projects, from design development to construction supervision. Requirements: * Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and technical documentation. * Proficiency in SketchUp or 3D Max and D5 Render for developing and visualizing proposals. * Ability to develop interior design proposals considering spatial layout, furniture, materials, lighting, and client needs. * Availability to conduct site visits and participate in virtual meetings with clients. * Strong communication skills, professional judgment, and ability to present and explain proposals. * Proactive, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. * Ability to collaborate directly within a team and receive/implement feedback. * Interest in learning and progressively assuming new responsibilities, including quotation preparation and construction supervision. Work Mode: Hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office days/site visits as required by project needs.
