Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations and Projects Manager to plan, direct, and supervise overall operations and projects, optimizing resources and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. JHS MEDICAL, a leading company with 50 years in the market specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical, office, and educational furniture, is searching for the best candidate for the position of **OPERATIONS AND PROJECTS MANAGER** **Job Objective** * Plan, direct, and supervise the company's overall operations, ensuring achievement of operational and project objectives while optimizing resources, processes, and work teams **Education Requirements**: * University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. * Project Management or Operations specialization or diploma is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations and ensure operational continuity. * Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects. * Implement and monitor operational KPIs. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Manage risks and action plans. * Prepare managerial reports and present results. * Coordinate with various departments to achieve objectives. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
