Job Summary: We are seeking a PREPRESS OPERATOR to join our team, responsible for reviewing, preparing, and adjusting final artwork for printing, as well as developing creative graphic designs. Performance-based career progression We are a growing graphic/industrial company actively seeking a PREPRESS OPERATOR to join our prepress team. **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in Graphic Design * Minimum 1 year of experience in printing companies * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign * Knowledge of prepress workflow: imposition, sheet layout, error correction, color management, typography **Responsibilities:** * Review and prepare final artwork for printing * Adjust colors to CMYK or Pantone profiles according to the printing process * Perform impositions and assemble sheets ready for die-cutting or printing * Generate print-ready files in technical formats such as PDF/X or TIFF * Develop creative graphic designs **Skills:** * Effective communication * Proactive attitude and strong willingness to collaborate **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Positive work environment * Performance-based career progression **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM / Saturday: 8 AM to 11 AM **Important Considerations:** * Must reside in areas near Huachipa, SJL, Ate, Santa Anita, or El Agustino Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
