Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer Prepress Operator to prepare final artwork, adjust colors, perform imposition, and assemble press sheets for a growing graphic/industrial company. Ongoing training We are a growing graphic/industrial company currently looking for a PREPRESS OPERATOR to join our prepress team. Requirements: * Student or graduate in Graphic Design * Minimum 1 year of experience in printing companies * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign * Knowledge of prepress workflow: imposition, sheet assembly, error correction, color management, typography **Responsibilities:** * Review and prepare final artwork for printing. * Adjust colors to CMYK or Pantone profiles according to the printing process. * Perform imposition and assemble press-ready sheets for die-cutting or printing. * Generate print-ready files in technical formats such as PDF/X or TIFF. * Develop creative graphic materials. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Good work environment. * Performance-based career growth path. * Ongoing training. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8 AM–6 PM / Saturday: 8 AM–11 AM. * On-site work at the facility. * Must reside in areas near Huachipa, SJL, Ate, Santa Anita, or El Agustino.
