Job Summary: We are seeking talent for the Sewing Department, with a focus on product assembly, quality inspection, and defect reporting, at a leading industrial garment manufacturing company. Currently, we are seeking talent for our Sewing Department. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble various products according to established work methods and quality specifications. * Inspect quality of finished garments. * Report fabric defects and required follow-up actions to the supervisor. * Comply with established standards according to quality specifications. * Knowledge of: STRAIGHT STITCH, OVERLOCK, AND COVER STITCH. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Availability to work in La Victoria. * Punctuality and reliability regarding working hours. * Proactive and quick learner. * Interest in developing a long-term career path. **Benefits:** * *General Payroll Regime* Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. **Work Location: Av.
