Job Summary: FIEMSA SAC, a company in the metallomechanical industry, is seeking a Site Engineer (Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgical/Electrical/Fluid) to supervise, control, and ensure quality in installations. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the supervision and control of metallomechanical installations 2. Ensures quality and safety on site 3. Solves problems and coordinates work teams FIEMSA SAC, a Peruvian company with over 20 years of experience in the metallomechanical industry. We specialize in the development of designs, manufacturing, and construction of mineral and industrial plants, including civil works. We are currently recruiting for the position of **SITE ENGINEER (MECHANICAL/INDUSTRIAL/METALLURGICAL/ELECTRICAL/FLUID)**: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the installation of metal structures and equipment, and monitor activity progress. * Prepare daily reports and track progress using S-curves. * Verify that components are correctly installed and aligned, and conduct inspections to ensure work quality. * Control the use of tools and materials, manage logistics, and coordinate work teams. * Apply safety standards and technical specifications, and ensure proper assembly procedures are followed. * Resolve issues arising during assembly, adapt to working conditions, and make adjustments as necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Degree holder, licensed and authorized in Engineering (MECHANICAL/INDUSTRIAL/METALLURGICAL/ELECTRICAL/FLUID) * Experience: 3 years of experience in site engineering and conveyor belt assembly roles. * Training and Knowledge: Office, AutoCAD, design software, Navisworks, Inventor. * Skills and Attitudes: Responsibility, organization, objectivity, sense of belonging, decision-making ability, negotiation skills, initiative, assertive communication, leadership, teamwork, coordination. * Must be in good physical condition.
