Handles confidential information ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – CERCADO DE LIMA We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting and administrative tasks that support our team’s operations. Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant include managing expense and reimbursement reports, entering financial transactions into our internal databases, and reconciling invoices. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Major in Accounting. * Knowledge of basic accounting procedures * Familiarity with financial regulations * Strong mathematical skills and ability to detect numerical errors * Practical experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SISCONT, ODOO). * Organizational skills. * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. * Proficiency in generating reports and performing analysis. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recording payment vouchers and other transactions in the SISCONT or ODOO accounting system. * Tax calculation and pre-calculation. * Accounting recording of transactions (purchases, sales, accounts receivable/payable) * Filing electronic books (PLE, PLAME, Form 621, SIRE) * Account analysis. * Reconciling transactions and identifying discrepancies. * Bank reconciliation and petty cash review. * Calculation and settlement of social benefits. * Preparing staff time sheets and assisting in payroll preparation. * Managing accounts receivable. * Keeping accounts receivable and payable up to date.
