Emphasis on electronic document management An experienced administrative assistant is required for office tasks involving the issuance and administration of electronic documents (invoices, receipts, shipping guides, quotations, etc.) and document archiving. Responsibilities: * Provide assistance and support to different departments. * Ability to work under pressure, proactive, and competent. * Minimum education: Technical degree (Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, etc.) * Strong eagerness to learn * Minimum 1 year of experience Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 6:00pm / Saturday 8:30am – 1:00pm Location: Industrial Zone of Ate (Industrial Separator) Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
