We seek dynamic, proactive, results-oriented individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a genuine interest in developing their careers in the commercial field. Requirements: Technical or university education in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields. Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial areas. (Preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Customer orientation and ability to build commercial relationships. Proactivity, commitment, and focus on achieving objectives. Teamwork capability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Availability for on-site work in Santiago de Surco. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new clients via phone calls. Contact potential customers and provide information about our products. Deliver commercial presentations and product demonstrations. Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals. Manage and track sales opportunities until closure. Maintain updated customer and prospect databases. Conduct post-sales follow-up and support customer retention. Achieve established commercial objectives and targets. Prepare management reports and commercial performance tracking reports. Participate in training sessions and commercial meetings.
