At Zedina Alimentos, we seek a Social Assistant to join our Human Talent team to strengthen the management of our employees' well-being and provide comprehensive administrative support for area processes. This is a key position with direct impact on occupational health, workplace climate, and proper personnel administration.
**What will you do in this role?**
Health and subsidy follow-up
* Manage medical leaves and EsSalud subsidies: verify original medical certificates (DM), timely upload them into the Viva Salud system, and track reimbursements until payment.
* Weekly reporting on subsidy status to the Head of Human Talent.
Occupational health
* Coordinate scheduling, appointment booking, and follow-up of Occupational Medical Examinations (EMOs) with provider clinics.
* Serve as liaison with the outsourced occupational physician, prepare documentary evidence for their visits, and maintain updated occupational medical records.
Social well-being and workplace climate
* Address and channel employees' personal situations, identify social needs, and refer them to appropriate entities.
* Support management of loans, financial assistance, and special benefits.
* Design and implement the workplace climate and integration program: activities, celebrations, internal events, and well-being initiatives, measuring their impact on the team.
Administrative support for Human Talent
* Manage employment contracts, personnel files, and T\-Registry (hiring, renewals, onboarding, terminations, and modifications).
* Monitor attendance, vacations, leave requests, compensatory time, and absenteeism (daily timekeeping).
* Manage EPS, cafeteria, transportation, and complementary benefits (SCTR, Life Law, Mikuna, Ficatours), including associated invoice payments.
* Manage payroll account and CTS account openings, SCTR Health, SCTR Pension, and Life Law enrollments, and new employee registration in MINTRA.
* Collaborate in onboarding, induction, recognition, and departmental events.
**Requirements**
* Degree or bachelor's degree in Social Work, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within Human Talent / HR departments.
* Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation, EsSalud, subsidies, T\-Registry, and MINTRA.
* Proficiency in SCTR, Life Law, EPS, and payroll administration.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Organized, empathetic individual with strong communication skills and service orientation.
**Desirable**
* Experience in food, retail, or industrial sector companies.
* Familiarity with the Viva Salud system and human resource management platforms (ERP).
* Residence in areas adjacent to Lurin.
