Development of customized, highly efficient solutions Job Description: We are a logistics operator with over 10 years of market experience. We specialize in outsourcing operations across the entire supply chain, delivering customized and highly efficient solutions. Requirements: * University graduate or technical professional in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, focused on commercial, logistics, and/or marketing areas. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and distribution. * Microsoft Office – Intermediate level * Excel – Intermediate level * KPI indicator management * Availability to work in Punta Hermosa. Responsibilities: * Contract control for each client. * Support in generating contracts and addendums. * Conducting relevant operational management and follow-up to meet client requirements. * Maintaining and continuously monitoring client relationships. * Supporting the department by preparing quotations for company clients, subject to review by the department head. * Researching and reporting on market and competitive conditions, aiming to identify and propose new markets. * Understanding each client’s operational and commercial reality to support the department. * Supporting and monitoring monthly billing compliance. * Providing status updates and progress reports regarding clients. * Preparing and updating KPIs as required by the department. * Other duties related to the position, as assigned by management.
