Job Summary: The HSE Assistant supports accident prevention, supervises compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and collaborates in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) management. Participation in accident management and internal audits The HSE Assistant supports accident prevention and supervises compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Conducts inspections, verifies the use of PPE, reports unsafe conditions, and participates in safety talks, inductions, and drills. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the implementation of HSE department documents. * Provide assistance in executing the Annual OSH Plan, training sessions, and safety talks. * Support the OSH Committee’s operations and follow-up on agreed actions. * Collaborate in managing workplace accidents, reporting, and documentation. * Support PPE control and internal audits. **Requirements:** * Student from the fifth semester onward in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Risk Prevention, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Law No. 29783. * Basic proficiency in office software tools. * Preferably one year of experience in similar roles. **Benefits:** * Full payroll (as per Peruvian labor law) + Profit-sharing * Salary: S/ 1,130 + Bonuses: Transportation allowance (S/ 190) * Meals: 70% covered! * Extras: 30 days of vacation + Birthday day off * Career development path Salary: Starting from S/.1,130.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
