Social benefits Tecnopolymer, a company dedicated to manufacturing plastic products, is seeking personnel for its packaging/folding and sealing department. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide proper support to the operator in bag folding, cutting, and labeling. * Maintain cleanliness and order of machines as well as the work area. * Record and complete consumption and time tracking forms. * Ensure strict adherence to the process to guarantee final product quality and quantity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial plants or related fields. * Availability to work in San Juan de Miraflores on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, only 4 days per week. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration * Meal coverage * Uniforms \+ PPEs provided * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments * All statutory benefits (bonus, CTS, Essalud, etc.) * Opportunity to work in a continuously developing company, with social benefits and prospects for growth and training.
