Support the implementation of the Odoo ERP across Wynwood House operations in 4 Latin American countries, serving as a bridge between business users, internal departments, and the external Odoo implementation partner. This is an accelerated learning role: the candidate will receive direct support from the Product Owner and the Odoo implementation specialist. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide operational and functional support throughout all phases of the Odoo implementation (process mapping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live). * Gather and map business processes (e.g., procurement, inventory, accounting, etc.), documenting the current state ("as\-is") and target state ("to\-be") on Odoo. * Develop and maintain up-to-date user manuals and training materials, adapting them to each country and department as needed. * Coordinate with internal departments (administration, finance, operations) and external vendors involved in the implementation across the respective countries. * Support end users during tool adoption and collect their feedback. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (or undergraduate candidate) in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proactivity and critical thinking — you will lead various process mapping meetings and must be able to question assumptions and abstract concepts to fully understand those processes. * Clear and structured written communication skills (assessed via a practical test). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
