Risk management and process improvement **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead the development of the assigned team as well as its corresponding project portfolio, ensuring leadership in management. * Manage project and initiative assignments to the team you lead, ensuring prioritization agreed upon with business user leaders for the corresponding portfolio. * Develop team members' skills and strengths according to current organizational project and initiative requirements. * Manage communication and synchronization with other portfolios within the Business Implementation Department. * Ensure the health, objective achievement, and effectiveness of projects and initiatives within the assigned portfolio. * Identify issues in business support processes, analyze data and information to identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions aligned with organizational objectives and reality. * Define the scope and objectives of the assigned implementation, ensuring proper alignment with organizational objectives, practices, and culture. * Develop the implementation plan in coordination with all relevant areas. * Monitor and control the implementation plan, as well as manage risks and issues arising from execution. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * 3 years of experience as a project and process implementation analyst. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in Bizagi, Project management tools, and SAP (desirable), as well as data analysis.
