Primary responsibilities include ensuring efficient data management to support strategic decision-making that drives company growth and profitability. This role serves as the bridge between commercial vision and disciplined execution. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields * Preferred specialization in Commercial Management, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles such as commercial analysis, commercial planning, or business intelligence * Preferred experience with multinational corporations having highly structured commercial processes (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Technology, or Pharmaceuticals) * Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (report and dashboard configuration) * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) * Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) * Preferred knowledge and experience applying structured commercial methodologies **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect, analyze, and present relevant commercial information for various business segments * Manage, implement, and monitor the GSN (Global Sales Network) methodology, ensuring its correct application across all commercial processes * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization * Lead pipeline review meetings, ensuring accurate, data-driven sales forecasts from the CRM * Develop performance dashboards (sales KPIs, conversion rates, profitability) for General Management and reports for the international corporate office **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Be part of a world-leading company in wellness solutions * Professional development opportunities * Innovative work environment Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.4,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles such as commercial analysis, commercial planning, or business intelligence? * Do you have experience in any of the following sectors: fast-moving consumer goods, technology, or pharmaceuticals? * Are you proficient in Salesforce? * Do you have advanced-level English proficiency? * Please indicate your salary expectations Work Location: On-site employment
