Support planning and tracking of projects and initiatives for improvement and evolution of business tools and processes. Manage schedules, Gantt charts, and work plans. Support identification of friction points and improvement opportunities in tools, processes, and user experience. Support definition and documentation of functional and business requirements. Coordinate execution of tests and validations with involved users. Track progress, risks, and dependencies of initiatives. Maintain updated team activity tracking and control tools. Support collection and tracking of indicators and results from implemented initiatives. Identify improvement opportunities in operational processes, proposing simplifications and automations. Support evolution of management using AI and automation tools. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar roles (internships accepted) involving management or task coordination. * Project management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, or others. * Knowledge of AI-based solutions is desirable. * Advanced Excel / Desirable: familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio). * Tracking tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Planner, or others. * Experience in management, tracking, or coordination of tasks or projects. * Competencies: Agile, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
