Focus on automation, analytics, and strategic information generation. **SOKSO \| Market-leading company in catalog-based footwear, apparel, and accessories sales**, is looking for a **Data Engineer** — a professional focused on data design, integration, and exploitation, emphasizing automation, analytics, and strategic information generation for decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), analytics, or automation. * Advanced proficiency in **Power BI, Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot), and Python**. * Intermediate proficiency in **SQL/MySQL** and **VBA or JavaScript**. * Knowledge of **Data Governance** and database administration. * Basic knowledge of cloud services (**AWS, GCP, Athena, AWS Glue**). * Desired knowledge in **Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, applied statistics, predictive analytics**, and agile methodologies (**Scrum and Kanban**). **Responsibilities:** * Design and manage data integration and storage processes (ETL/ELT). * Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models. * Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and management indicators. * Automate data collection and processing workflows using Python and other tools. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability. * Participate in data governance and information security initiatives. * Evaluate and implement new analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence tools. * Prepare technical documentation and procedures related to data management. * Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and propose continuous improvements. * Provide support to business users in data exploitation and analysis. **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based compensation, determined through evaluation. * Formal employment from day one under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, and health insurance). * Timely monthly payments. * Corporate discounts on group products. * Opportunities for learning and professional development in analytics, automation, and digital transformation. **Conditions:** * Work Modality: **Hybrid**. * Workplace: **Lince**. * Working Hours: **Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.** **Apply through this channel and join SOKSO, driving digital transformation through data.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you currently reside? * What is your academic degree?
