Job Summary: Coordinate distribution logistics, manage inventories, and lead on-site dispatch operations, ensuring direct communication with drivers and operators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages distribution logistics and inventory control. 2. Leads physical dispatch operations at the plant and coordinates with transportation. 3. Conducts cyclic inventories and coordinates with customers. Coordinate distribution logistics, issue waybills, control inventories in the SQL system, and lead physical dispatch operations at the plant, ensuring direct and firm interaction with external drivers and operators. Main Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate daily dispatches with external transportation. Issue and verify waybills against physical cargo (poles and accessories). Input production data into the SQL system and generate stock reports. Conduct monthly cyclic inventories and product labeling. Coordinate with customers and manage returns with Quality. What We Are Looking For? Education: Technical degree in Industrial Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (industrial plants, warehouses, or transportation). Systems: Basic Excel; ERP/SQL system experience is desirable.
