Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Supervisor to organize, coordinate, and control delivery operations, optimizing fleet efficiency and performance. Key Highlights: 1. WE NEED A DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR FOR OUR AYACUCHO VRAEM OFFICE. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate and/or Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics (DESIRABLE) * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fleet/Distribution Supervisor (PREFERRED in FMCG) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Driver’s license (AIIB) – DESIRABLE * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Organize deliveries according to the daily consolidation report. * Coordinate necessary actions to ensure effective control and supervision of deliveries, meeting deadlines and preventing losses. * Monitor and establish schedules and estimated timeframes for various delivery tasks. * Control distribution operation costs. * Coordinate with the sales department regarding order fulfillment. * Analyze efficiency reports to support decision-making related to rejections. * Analyze fleet fuel consumption performance to ensure adequate supply. * Propose and implement necessary improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
