A safe, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment **Electromechanical Technician** **Location:** Bambas Mining Unit **Job Description** We are looking for a committed, responsible, and service-oriented **Electromechanical Technician** to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on gastronomic, electrical, and gas-powered equipment, ensuring their operational functionality and safety. **Requirements** * Graduate or certified technician in Electricity, Industrial Electricity, Electrical Mechanics, or related fields. * Knowledge of maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and/or gastronomic equipment (desirable). * Intermediate technical English (desirable). * Skills: teamwork, responsibility, stress tolerance, and customer orientation. * Immediate availability. * Residence: Lima or Apurímac. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gastronomic equipment within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering). * Conduct inspections, adjustments, calibrations, and functional tests. * Prepare detailed technical reports documenting operations performed, materials used, and labor hours. * Report detected failures or incidents and follow up until resolution. **We Offer** * Formal payroll from day one, with 100% statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development within an industry-leading company. * A safe, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment. * Birthday bonus. * Full coverage of meals, transportation, and accommodation. * Work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2\.00 \- S/.3\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
