Job Summary: We are seeking an Employee Welfare Manager to participate in the welfare program, provide support to employees, and manage administrative and health-related processes. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the employee welfare work plan. 2. Provide assistance and counseling to employees on labor-related and personal matters. 3. Monitor working conditions provided to employees via continuous oversight at assigned locations. Implement the Employee Welfare Activity Plan (health, educational, social, recreational, and/or cultural) and measure employee satisfaction. Maintain families as strategic partners within the organization through home visits and updating of social records. Monitor medical leaves and subsidies for the assigned location and report monthly indicators. Submit monthly reports on special cases and follow-up cases. Fulfill scheduled emergency and accident response shifts. Identify environmental aspects and implement operational controls applicable to your activities. Comply with procedures, standards, and directives of the environmental management system. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
