Job Summary: We are seeking a Direct Sales Representative for the Mass Channel, responsible for promoting sales, expanding coverage, conducting product audits, and managing displays and commercial relationships within the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes sales and coverage in the assigned area 2. Builds and strengthens commercial relationships with customers 3. Manages displays and visibility materials We are GUSTOZZI, a growing company dedicated to the sale of industrial bakery and confectionery products. We are currently looking for top talent for the vacancy: **Direct Sales Representative \- Mass Channel.** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Minimum of *1 YEAR* of pre-sales/sales experience in mass consumption products (grocery store channel). * Must reside in districts near Cercado de Lima. * Availability to travel according to the assigned route. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (48 hours per week). **JOB COMPETENCIES:** * Strong negotiation skills. * Teamwork. * Honesty. * Ability to work under pressure. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Promote and develop sales/coverage in the assigned area. * Audit new products to increase market coverage. * Maintain order and organization of products on shelves. * Collect information on our own brand and competitors. * Manage displays and shelf space. * Place visibility materials. * Follow the assigned route sheet and visit distributor points of sale. * Build and strengthen commercial relationships with customers. * Other duties related to the position. **WE OFFER**: * Assigned customer portfolio and routes. * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Transportation allowance \+ commissions. * Career development path. * Product diversification. * Permanent employment.
