Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to develop, update, and evaluate cash flows and financial scenarios in the real estate sector. Key Highlights: 1. Development and monitoring of financial forecasts We are La Venturosa, a real estate company with over 28 years of experience in the Peruvian market, and we are looking for new talent. **Position:** Financial Planning Analyst **We are looking for candidates who have:** * Completed university studies in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in this or similar roles within the real estate sector. * Specific knowledge in financial planning and analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel or financial modeling (mandatory). * Knowledge of Power BI (desirable). **Main responsibilities:** * Develop and update La Venturosa’s 4-year projected cash flow, cash flows for real estate projects, and those for partners or potential investment structures. * Monthly control and monitoring of actual vs. projected collections, as well as disbursements and commitments, to identify deviations and provide early warnings. * Evaluate various scenarios regarding land acquisition, sales velocity, and their impact on the company’s cash flow and financing needs. * Prepare projected income statements (bimonthly forecast). **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Partially covered EPS (health insurance). * Personal leave days.
