We are seeking an ***Operations Assistant*** for our ***workshop*** in ***VMT*** — someone with an all-terrain attitude and readiness. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate or student in Industrial Administration, Engineering, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Residency in Villa María del Triunfo or nearby areas (South Lima). **Responsibilities:** * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for the fleet (compressors, generators, towers) based on operating hours. * Generate operationality certificates, packing lists, and maintenance plans. Manage TREC and SCTR insurance policies, as well as calibrations (pressure gauges, valves, hydrostatic tests). * Prepare technical maintenance reports and equipment pending status reports per workshop unit. * Monitor equipment status (operational/workshop/client). * Manage documentation and logistics for technician visits to mining units or construction sites. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure equipment availability and address client incidents. * Ensure every dispatch includes complete safety equipment according to the site/mine/project standard. **Conditions \& Benefits:** * Monthly remuneration of S/.1,300\.00 via Receipt for Services Rendered. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). * Learning opportunity in fleet rental management and mining standards. ***If you meet the profile and are available to join us immediately, APPLY NOW.*** ***Join Demper Corp and build your experience!*** Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Do you agree to payment via Receipt for Services Rendered? * Are you available during the required time slots?
