Implement retention initiatives, workplace climate programs, and employee experience activities. **Join our team!** At **Klar**, we are looking for an **HRBP \- Operations** to provide strategic support to our operational areas, driving human capital initiatives that contribute to achieving business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Advise operational leaders on people management and decision-making. * Manage recruitment processes for critical positions. * Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and productivity. * Implement retention initiatives, workplace climate programs, and employee experience activities. * Provide support on labor relations and current labor regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Relations, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of HR management experience within industrial companies. * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate Power BI skills. * Knowledge of labor legislation and disciplinary procedures.
