Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in talent management, assisting with recruitment, documentation, and personnel control. At Más Imagen, we are looking for an HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in talent management. We are a company specialized in comprehensive retail, POP, and advertising material solutions, equipped with state-of-the-art industrial machinery and nationwide service coverage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the recruitment and selection process. * Reception and verification of documentation from new employees. * Organize and periodically update employee files. * Attendance tracking, vacation control, and overtime management. * Process requests for bank account opening, enrollment in, and withdrawal from labor insurance schemes (SCTR, EPS, Life Insurance Law, etc.). * Track medical leaves and/or subsidies granted to staff. * Control and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Control and recordkeeping of Occupational Safety and Health System (SST) forms. * Distribution of payroll slips. * Other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** * Final-year student and/or graduate in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in tools such as Canva or similar. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with procedures at MINTRA and SUNAFIL. * Knowledge of basic labor legislation, social benefits, subsidy management, and EsSalud-related procedures. **We Offer:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system. * All statutory benefits (bonus payments, CTS, profit-sharing, etc.). * Pleasant work environment. * Timely payments. **Join the best team!
