




Job Summary: A leading industrial civil construction company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage recruitment, hiring processes, and coordinate project staffing needs. A reputable company specializing in industrial civil construction projects seeks to fill the position of HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the CONSTRUCTION industry is mandatory. * Experience in recruitment, hiring, workforce scheduling, coordination with site administrative staff, and HR management processes. * Experience using AI-powered HR platforms. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Canva, and PowerPoint. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and monitor recruitment processes. * Continuously coordinate and address the staffing needs of each project. * Monitor contract expirations, track vacation days, medical leaves, and maintain up-to-date employee personnel files. * Implement HR department improvement initiatives. * Provide guidance and support to internal departments. * Perform other activities aimed at continuous improvement of HR management.
