Promotion of a positive work environment and team well-being. **MAFISA MOTORS**, an automotive industry company with over 10 years of market presence, is currently seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR**. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree or professional title in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Supervisor or Manager. \- Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation, payroll processing, employment contracts, social benefits, and labor inspections. \- Advanced-level Excel proficiency. \- Experience in personnel administration, attendance control, and document management. \- Leadership, organizational, effective communication, and results-oriented capabilities. **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare and manage payroll, social benefits, severance calculations, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and vacation accruals. \- Manage the preparation, renewal, and filing of employment contracts and other labor documentation. \- Administer and maintain up-to-date employee personnel files. \- Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, medical leaves, and employee permissions. \- Process temporary disability, maternity, and other subsidies through EsSalud. \- Lead recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes for operational, technical, and administrative staff. \- Coordinate employee onboarding, termination, and severance procedures. \- Promote a healthy work environment and ensure compliance with internal company policies. \- Manage training, welfare, and personnel development programs. \- Coordinate and monitor the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), ensuring compliance with current regulations. **Working Conditions:** \- Formal employment registration from day one. \- Life Insurance under Law. \- Benefits according to the MYPE regulatory regime. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:50 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Salary: S/.2,800\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * 1\.
