Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support in risk management and internal control, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, as well as implementing the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). Support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support in risk management and Internal Control, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks; and in implementing the BCMS. a) Internal Control and Risk Management * Collaborate in process mapping, risk identification, and control evaluation. * Participate in operational audits and special reviews to detect weaknesses, potential fraud, among others, and propose improvements. * Maintain up-to-date risk matrices in the company’s risk management software. * Prepare periodic reports on progress and findings. b) Business Continuity: * Support the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301). * Document procedures and contingency plans. * Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery plan testing. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Data Engineering or Artificial Intelligence * Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control, risk management, or auditing. * Experience in business continuity or crisis management is desirable. * Knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, COSO ERM, ISO 31000). * Certification in Business Continuity (ISO 22301) is desirable. * Experience with automation and data analysis tools: Power BI, Power Apps, Python, SQL * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in San Isidro This position is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
