Job Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants to support the cleaning and maintenance of industrial kitchens and utensils, ensuring hygiene and order. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting **Kitchen Assistants** for plate washing with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** \- Completed secondary education (preferred). \- With or without experience in dishwashing or cleaning areas. \- Availability to work at a mining camp under a 14 days on / 7 days off schedule (14x7\). \- Availability to perform dishwashing, utensil cleaning, and support cleaning of industrial kitchens. \- Residency in Apurímac, Cusco, Arequipa, or Puno. \- Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Wash dishes, pots, trays, and kitchen utensils. \- Assist in cleaning the kitchen, dining area, and work areas. \- Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the shift. \- Support the kitchen team as needed. \- Properly separate waste and keep the workplace clean. \- Comply with hygiene and safety standards. **BENEFITS** \- Formal employment registration from day one. \- Fixed salary \+ mobility bonus. \- Initial contract term of 5 months. \- 100% covered meals. \- 100% covered accommodation. \- Transportation covered from Apurímac, Cusco, Arequipa, and Puno. \- All statutory benefits. \- Monthly payments via banking institution.
