Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to develop and update plans, control budgets, evaluate performance indicators, and optimize processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the maintenance department. 2. Process and resource optimization. 3. Budget preparation and control. **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** Application Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Fleet Maintenance Management. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager. * Experience in the Transportation sector (preferred). * Intermediate level of office software proficiency. * Valid A1 driver's license (preferred). Responsibilities: * Develop and update the annual maintenance department plan. * Prepare and control the annual department budget. * Develop, analyze, and evaluate maintenance management performance indicators. * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Optimize processes and resources.
