Job Summary: Textil la Merced S.A.C. is seeking an Industrial Mechanic for maintenance in the dyeing and finishing area, responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of textile machinery and pumps. Textil la Merced S.A.C., dedicated to DYEING AND FINISHING and positioned among the leading companies in the Peruvian textile market, requires incorporating into its team of collaborators an **INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC** for the MAINTENANCE department with the following profile: **Requirements:** \- Technical or university degree in Maintenance Mechanics \- Experience in the textile industry (desirable but not mandatory) \- Experience in maintenance within the dyeing and fabric finishing area (desirable but not mandatory) **Responsibilities:** \- Pump maintenance: centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, geared motors, boiler operators, and water treatment. \- Repair of textile machinery (stenters, Unitech dryers, Sintec compactors, etc.) \- Welding of parts and components (TIG) \- Preventive maintenance of machinery. **Competencies:** \- Initiative\-Proactivity\-Problem Solving **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration from the first day of work \- Payment of statutory benefits (BONUS, COMPENSATION FOR TIME OF SERVICE, VACATIONS, ETC.) \- Recreational events \- Training programs Employment Type: Full-time ***We offer you the opportunity to join a solid company with an excellent working environment and growth opportunities.*** Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: Starting from S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
