Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive young individual, either a graduate or current student of Maintenance Mechanics, to assist with external services to companies and component fabrication in our workshop, performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and fabrication. Opportunity for students or graduates of Maintenance Mechanics. **About the Position:** We seek a proactive young individual, either a graduate or a student in the final cycles of Maintenance Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance. Your role will be essential in supporting external services to companies and component fabrication in our workshop. **Your Responsibilities (Full Support):** * **At Client Sites:** Support for preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, disassembly and assembly of components, technical cleaning, and lubrication. * **In Workshop (Fabrication):** Use of hand tools and power tools (angle grinder, drill, saw) for fabricating supports, structures, and mechanical repairs. * **Logistics and Mobility:** Responsible for organizing, cleaning, and loading tools prior to company mobility to client locations. * **Internal Maintenance:** Cleaning workshop machines and organizing supplies (fasteners, greases, spare parts). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate Technician or student in Maintenance Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in workshops or field service. * **Skills:** Basic proficiency with bench tools and measuring instruments (vernier caliper), plus strong willingness to perform operational tasks. * **Attitude:** Punctuality, honesty, and ability to quickly follow technical instructions. **Employment Terms:** * **Starting Point:** Daily departure from and return to our workshop to client sites. * **Biweekly Payment:** Via **Service Fee Receipt (RxH)** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
