Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an industrial company in Spain, responsible for coordinating and supervising teams to ensure proper execution of maintenance activities and compliance with standards. We are currently recruiting **Maintenance Supervisors** to join a leading industrial-sector company in Spain. We seek technical professionals with experience in industrial maintenance and the ability to **coordinate and supervise maintenance teams**, ensuring correct execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks, as well as compliance with safety standards. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Prioritize urgent corrective maintenance tasks. * Assign daily tasks to the technical team. * Monitor adherence to scheduled maintenance activities. * Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL) and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Manage maintenance personnel shift schedules. * Track equipment failures and interventions performed. * Maintain up-to-date failure reports and maintenance history records. * Supervise equipment maintenance, calibration, and inspections. * Manage inventory of critical spare parts. * Supervise maintenance work carried out by subcontracted companies. * Participate in root cause analysis of recurring failures. * Propose efficiency and automation improvements. * Perform maintenance interventions when necessary. Requirements: * Academic qualification: Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in a similar position**. * Experience in the industrial sector. * Experience coordinating or supervising maintenance teams. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of predictive maintenance. * Experience or knowledge of **boiler** maintenance. * Knowledge of digester and pressure equipment maintenance. * Ability to read technical drawings. * Proficiency in **CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)**. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and effluent control standards (HACCP). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday according to shift schedule. * Willingness to relocate within the country. * Willingness to work on-site in Spain. Desirable: * Boiler Operator Certification. * License to operate electric forklifts. * License to operate aerial work platforms. Work Location: Spain – On-site employment.
