COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Job Objective:
Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures through the review and validation of procurement, contracting, valuation, and payment documentation, thereby preventing legal, tax, financial, and operational risks.
Requirements
Professional degree in Law, Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Auditing, Internal Control, or Administrative Management.
Knowledge of document management, internal control, due diligence, contracting, taxation, and risk management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate or advanced Excel).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
Review and validate procurement, service, valuation, and payment files.
Verify compliance with procedural and documentary requirements.
Issue observations and follow up on their resolution.
Coordinate with Logistics, Administration, Accounting, Treasury, and Construction departments to ensure process compliance.
Submit compliant files to the Committee for approval.
