Benefits, campaigns, and corporate agreements Our large family LA COLONIAL FABRICA DE HILOS S.A., a textile-specialized company with over 80 years of experience, is currently seeking industrial cleaning operators. This position is an entry-level role within the general services line, offering potential career progression. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Strong willingness to learn and work. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in Callao. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Perform cleaning of the plant, offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas according to schedule. * Report water leaks and malfunctions to the SSOMA supervisor through monthly inspections. * Maintain order at the Recycling Collection Center and the hazardous waste storage area. * Support logistics for Occupational Safety and Health training and internal company events. * Comply with company safety regulations. * Carry out other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
