Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations and SSOMA We are currently seeking an OPERATIONS COORDINATOR for a company providing services to mining companies: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Professional registration (desirable but not mandatory) * Knowledge of SSOMA management documents. * Familiarity with current regulations, processes, maintenance, etc. * Proficiency in statistical tools. * Minimum 3 years in similar positions managing heavy equipment fleets or services for the mining sector. * Expertise in **critical lifting** regulations, quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001\), and performance indicators (KPIs). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Logistical Planning:** Manage transportation, mobilization, and demobilization of heavy equipment from the operations base to mining units. * **Operational Control:** Develop **preventive and corrective maintenance** programs to prevent downtime. * **Personnel Management:** Coordinate and supervise roles, shifts, and rest periods for certified operators and riggers. * **SSOMA Compliance:** Ensure all equipment, lifting operations, and personnel comply with strict mining safety regulations (Law No. 29783\). * **Quality Management:** Oversee **certification and audit** processes required by mining companies.
