Job Objective Plan, direct, and control the company's operations, ensuring efficient management of procurement, inventory, distribution, and resources, optimizing operational processes to ensure business continuity and achievement of organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and optimize merchandise rotation, ensuring appropriate stock levels. * Plan and control timely product procurement, preventing stockouts and overstocking. * Analyze management indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, procurement, productivity, and operational efficiency. * Coordinate continuously with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Administration departments to ensure operational continuity. * Lead, supervise, and develop operational staff, promoting goal and procedure compliance. * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Supervise compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards. * Prepare managerial reports and present analyses to support decision-making. * Control the proper execution of cyclic and general inventories, ensuring data reliability. * Manage operational incidents and propose timely solutions. Requirements * University graduate or technical professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, or similar positions. * Proven experience in inventory management, merchandise rotation, procurement, and stock control. * Experience leading work teams and coordinating across various organizational departments. * Proficiency in management indicators (KPIs) and data analysis for decision-making. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience with an **ERP** system (desirable). * Valid **Class A1 driver's license**. * Availability to work in Breña. * Experience with BPA, DIGEMIT, DIGESA, or other import-related regulatory registrations.
