Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Mission: Manage and execute leasing product asset management processes—including operation disbursements, post-sale service, and asset administration—while complying with associated operational risk controls. Promote continuous process improvement to contribute to achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage the registration of assets under the Bank’s name in relevant registries: SAT, municipal authorities, SUNARP, etc., to ensure asset existence. * Coordinate with the competent authority to ensure correct payment of vehicle taxes related to assets acquired under the Leasing product. Also ensure cost transfer (collection) of such taxes to each lessee. * Manage municipal tax payments for real estate and constructions financed under the Leasing product, in coordination with the Real Estate Team. Likewise, ensure cost transfer (collection) of municipal taxes to each lessee. Additionally, handle matters related to municipal inspections in coordination with the Real Estate Team and lessees. * Manage and execute client-requested contract modifications related to: asset changes, inclusion of new components, asset removal (early purchase option), capital amortization, insurance claims, and other cases—complying with the corresponding checklist. In claim-related cases, additionally verify pre- and post-indemnification actions with the Insurance Team and the lessee. * Coordinate with the competent authority to ensure correct payment of traffic violation tickets linked to vehicles acquired under leasing contracts. Execute the payment process and ensure cost transfer (collection) of such tickets to each lessee. * Execute judicial collection procedures for leasing contracts, as required by the Recoveries Team. * Address internal and external customer requests regarding procedures, formalities, or inquiries related to assets financed under the leasing product, such as: power-of-attorney letters, early repayments, certificate requests, schedule deliveries, among others. * Track customer requests until achieving customer satisfaction. * Manage and execute the purchase option and ownership transfer process once the customer has fully repaid the financing, coordinating the signing of contracts and/or supporting documents confirming the customer’s acquisition of ownership of the financed assets. * Train branches, internal central office teams, and vendors on the leasing product and Asset Management Team processes. * Ensure operational support to branches and internal central office teams regarding the Leasing product—from disbursement through contract termination. * Coordinate with the Pool Expert Leasing team to resolve observations or address special cases related to leasing disbursements or activations. * Manage, execute, and control tax-related processes inherent to the product, such as: withholding reconciliation, deduction reconciliation and payment, purchase register reconciliation, non-resident reconciliation, credit note issuance, billing regularization, SUNAT filing submissions, among others. * Manage proper execution of import leasing-related processes, such as: electronic mandate issuance, bill of lading endorsements, DUA signing and payment, official platform activity registration, among others. * Support internal or external audits and operational risk assessments related to the product. * Other responsibilities/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Coordinate with third-party teams to ensure proper execution of leasing disbursements/activations—including timely, partial, refinanced, currency conversion, renewal, and other cases—complying with requirements established for each sub-product, training them on new scenarios, and overseeing their activity control. * Supervise accurate accounting entries arising from leasing product operations; review, reconcile, and regularize inventory and non-inventory accounts, suspense items, bridge accounts, and others. * Maintain supplier oversight to guarantee delivery of suitable services aligned with established quality standards to achieve objectives. * Manage data related to leasing product operations across all stages, enabling control implementation and alerting potential operational risks. * Monitor critical processes and establish KPIs to support evaluation and decision-making regarding the Asset Management Team’s processes. * Keep the leasing product asset report and control matrices for each process up to date. * Actively participate in group work sessions, contributing knowledge and improvement proposals that support operational excellence.
