Reporting malfunctions and defective products to the supervisor **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform product packaging, labeling, and boxing according to established procedures. Verify that products meet quality standards before and after packaging. Operate and assist with packaging machinery (as applicable). Check expiration dates, batch numbers, and production codes. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (compliance with GMP or internal standards). Supply production lines with materials (containers, caps, labels, boxes, etc.). Report malfunctions, defective products, or incidents to the immediate supervisor. Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. Requirements * Completion of secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable work experience (with employment certification) as an operator/assistant/helper in industrial plants. * Availability for rotating shifts (fixed rest day on Sundays); weekly rotation. * Three shifts are available: Morning (6:30 AM to 3:15 PM), Afternoon (1:30 PM to 10:15 PM), and Night (10:00 PM to 6:45 AM). Note: each shift is 8 hours and 45 minutes long. * Willingness to work in Huachipa. Address: Calle Laureles 127 HUACHIPA \- PLANTA CBC Benefits * Full payroll under the General Regime from day one (15 salaries per year) * Fixed salary: S/ 1,400 soles * Mobility Bonus: S/ 130 per month * Performance Bonus: S/ 100 per month * Additional benefit: 100% meal provision within the facility during working hours (lunch or dinner) \+ Overtime (if required by operational needs) * Family allowance of S/ 113 (for employees with children under 18 years of age) * Bi-weekly payments (50% mid-month and 50% at month-end \+ mobility bonus \+ family allowance)
