Opportunity for continuous improvement and process verification **Production Assistant \- FRP Poles** **Location:** **Puente Piedra, Lima** **Company:** **POSTES ESCARSA SAC** **Job Description:** A market-leading company requires a "Production Assistant" for the FRP pole production process. The candidate must be organized, proactive, possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and analytical thinking. We manufacture polyester poles reinforced with fiberglass. **Requirements:** · University degree in Chemical and/or Industrial Engineering, or Technical studies in Industrial Chemistry. · Minimum one year of experience in polymeric industrial processes. · Experience in visual and dimensional inspection techniques, use of measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, dynamometer, scales, thermometer, among others), and encoder equipment. · Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards. · Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Record, track, and maintain mold components. * Document technical reports and/or reports. * Verify compliance with technical specifications and tolerances for raw materials and finished products. * Verify manufacturing processes. * Support internal and external audits of production management and safety systems. * Product coding. * Propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Supervise production line operations. * Conduct inventory and storage of manufactured materials. **SOFT SKILLS**: * Attention to detail and analytical thinking * Effective communication and teamwork * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement * Ability to work under pressure and in industrial environments. **BENEFITS** \- Formal employment registration from day one (full payroll registration) \- Market-competitive remuneration \- Labor law benefits, SCTR insurance. \- Vacation, bonus, and severance pay (CTS). \- Working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Mon \- Thu) and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
