Rest on Saturdays and Sundays **G\&G Industrial**, a company specializing in industrial filtration solutions, is seeking a **Production Assistant for the Textile Area**, responsible for supporting various stages of textile product manufacturing and assembly, ensuring compliance with quality and production standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support production and assembly activities for textile products. * Perform material preparation, cutting, pre-processing, and conditioning according to production requirements. * Assist technical staff in sewing, assembly, and finishing tasks. * Conduct visual inspection of products to identify potential defects or flaws. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and tools. * Comply with established procedures, quality standards, and production targets. * Handle assigned materials, supplies, and tools appropriately. * Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in production, garment manufacturing, textiles, or similar activities. * Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing and finishing processes is desirable. * Availability to perform operational and production tasks. * Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a team and meet production targets. * Availability to work in **Santiago de Surco**. **WE OFFER** * Continuous employment. * Opportunity for growth and development within the company. * Positive work environment. * **Rest on Saturdays and Sundays** * Timely payment. * Work location: **Santiago de Surco, Lima**. **Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM \- 5:30 PM)** **Join G\&G Industrial and become part of our team!** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
