Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible Production Assistants to support production processes, weigh raw materials, and carry out tasks assigned by the area supervisor. We are looking for **Production Assistants** at our plant located in **Los Olivos**. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Young candidate eager to learn and develop. * Manual dexterity and ability to use basic tools. * Proactive, responsible, and punctual individual. * Ability to work in a team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform tasks assigned by the area supervisor. * Weigh rubber raw materials—the main input—according to production needs and work orders. * Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations. * Support production processes.
