Career development in the textile industry **Join our team!** At **Digital Performance Printing S.A.C.**, a textile company specializing in digital sublimation and part of a solid business group in the sector, we are looking for **Production Operators**, with or without experience, who are willing to learn, work collaboratively, and grow within the textile industry. **What are we looking for?** **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in production is preferred but not required. * Prior experience in textile, industrial, or production companies is desirable. * Availability to work on-site in Cercado de Lima. * Availability to work full-time and on rotating shifts. **Main Responsibilities** * Locate, transport, and prepare fabrics and materials required for the production process. * Load, unload, and move fabric rolls within the production area. * Perform manual tasks related to the production process. * Record basic information in departmental control forms. * Follow instructions from the department supervisor or responsible person. * Carry out other production-related support tasks. **Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work in a team. * Organization and willingness to work. * Proactivity. * Willingness to learn. * Commitment. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Market-competitive remuneration. * All statutory benefits. * Life Insurance (Law) and SCTR. * Job-specific training. * Learning opportunity. **Workplace:** Cercado de Lima (Av.
